  • Why I Built SonaWell

    I spent years watching women in my family — and women I worked with — hit their 40s and feel betrayed by their own bodies.

    Diets that worked at 30 stopped working. Energy disappeared. Sleep broke. The advice they got was either restrictive (cut everything you love), pharmaceutical (just take HRT), or culturally tone-deaf (eat more salmon and quinoa, in a household built on dal and rice).

    Most of these women weren't failing. They were getting the wrong kind of help.
